Members contribute R11, 000.00 towards building fund

Berea International Church, during the main service, raise money for our building in Silverton

About R11, 000.00 rands was raised towards the church building project in Silverton

2nd December 2017 was a church building fundraising day. It was supposed to take place at the building we are purchasing in Silverton.

Members were ready to experience their new church in Silverton. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we could not worship there. Instead we met at our usual place at Founders High School on the 5th Floor.

During the main service on Saturday, following a pationate plea from the preacher, Brother Watson Chivhaku, members contributed generously.

Despite the disappointment, of us  failing to worship in the building, we are purchasing, we managed to raise R11, 000.00.

In the previous month, we raised over R16, 000.00 towards the same project.

We are in the final stages of acquiring ownership of the church in Silverton. We expect to start worshiping there by January 2018.
